I can see both sides of the argument in the Blizzard RealID proposal, but it’s horribly flawed.

I don’t post on the WoW Forum but I assume the forum account is linked to your in-game account, why don’t they just utilise that functionality more? It’d be more effective to ban peoples in-game toon for trolling in the forum rather than force people to use their real information.
